C21 partnership a leading force in residential sales and letting in South West London are joining Century 21 Franchise network. We have existing profitable branches where we would like to take on 50% equity managing partners. Opportunities range from £20k to £50k for a more established branch at circa £200k turn over. You are salaried, (between £18 - £24K per annum) share dividends (estimated OTE £65,000.00) and run the day to day operation. We manage accounting, invoicing, marketing ? you are freed up to list, manage your team and sell, together we achieve more. Ideally you have experience in estate agency, estate management or lettings but if not we offer full training so long as you have a strong business acumen and a desire to succeed in running your own business as a partner.
