Salad Junkie is a new company looking to start trading with an acquisition of premises in Kingston Upon Thames. Kingston, which is a vibrant key location in London, has an extensive footfall from local shoppers and workers and benefits from one of the largest populated university?s in the UK.

Salad Junkie will be synonymous with the best place to go to get custom made Salad/Fruit and premium rotisserie meats on the move or as a great place to relax in our trendy eatery environment.

Offering the consumer an alternative to sandwiches and fast food with profit margins of 84% per Salad in a Healthy performing sector. This will represent a great and continual ROI for any investor/Investors.

Salad Junkie is a limited company in the UK.

My aim is simple to fill the current demand for takeaway salads currently worth £800 million and growing. We will provide a eatery where consumers can custom make the freshest Salad of there choice from up to 80 (depending on season) ingredients picked from all over the world providing a healthy alternative to fast food, Sandwiches, coffee shops or the limited range at supermarkets.

The combined sector for fast food is worth £8 billion and the fastest growing trend in this sector is the heath food option.

Research has shown my prices would sit well in the premium food market with the typical market spend of £4.85 and offer a healthy 84% profit per Salad.(not inc drinks). My Aim would be to really hone in and build a recognizable brand and encourage repeat business by offering promotions to encourage repeat daily/weekly spend. Further on Salad Junkie could also have a lifestyle app around the customer's diets and the food that we provide.

I am looking to start and build a chain of shops in key locations around London with the first premises in Kingston Upon Thames. I have thoroughly researched the market and believe Salad Junkie will offer a great ROI for any investor wishing to get involved with first year sales of £400,000 and a net profit and cash flow after 1 year to be £180,000

The Business will be run by myself and built up to six staff members to ensure that all customers will get a great service. I have 15 years experience in Retail/Sales and want to make the customer feel a connection and loyalty to us and will want to add Salad Junkie to there daily lives, like with other brands such as Starbucks,Costa etc.

I would be happy to build an investment package around a suitable investor who can see the potential, as I would like to grow the business into a chain of shops/Eatery's over a sustained period of time.
