Marketing Strategy
The marketing strategy I want to use is drive traffic to my books pages on my website.
At present all of my books sales is been done through Amazon.
By directing the traffic to my website, I will get all of the proceeds but most importantly, I will capture the details of the people buying my books.
When I capture their details, I can market the home study courses to them, them workshop and ultimately consulting which is where the money lies.
When I projected a million pound from 50 clients, it is from consulting.
All I need is 50 clients to pay me £20,000 for consulting and I am into seven figure.
At present, I am in four very lucrative niches.
I stand above any other retail consultant in the UK with the expertise to do my type of retail consulting.
My ?how to increase retail sales? products contain information on store design, visual display and loss prevention an expertise that no other retail consultant possess.
I am also into law, dentistry and private medical practice marketing, all of which are lucrative industries.
So with a little bit of funding and/or support, I can easily dominate those markets.
Finance
The investment I require is £20,000.
The money will be spend on different types of marketing activities.
I will drive traffic to my website and sales pages, send my books to large and medium size retail organisations, law firms dental and private medical practices, do press releases, strategically place advertorial in certain trade magazine, do taster trainers etc.
The cost of each customer acquisition might be £250 to £300.
However, considering the fact that a single client could be potentially be worth £20,000, spending £300 to acquire them seem to make sense to me.
The worst case scenario, if they do not purchase the £20,000 consultation project package, if they purchase a day of consulting at £1000 or £2,500, it is still worth spending that amount to acquire them because it gives us even more resources to deploy.
My Offer
For the investment of £20,000 I am willing to give a 9% share and be willing to increase the share if the individual has other expertise, contacts, infrastructure etc. they are willing to also invest.
