Lecture Line Ltd is a newly established business consulting in the Education/MOOC sector and owner of a new MOOC/Media service called Eduflow.

I have identified a gap in this market that can be exploited by drawing on existing technology and business models to exploit the explosion in connected Consumer Electronics devices and the growth in online/continued learning and video consumption. This new global facing service will be called Eduflow.

I am looking for initial/seed funding to integrate the technology, secure content and prove the business model.

Executive Summary

Introduction
Eduflow is a new media offering in the MOOC & Broadcast space. Many of the burgeoning MOOC and remote learning offerings are failing to provide a sustainable ROI for the Universities providing their content. Lecture Line Ltd has been created to provide a company that can bring an established revenue model to online Higher Education market via a new service called Eduflow.

The Market
Education is at a tipping point, having not changed for nearly 500 years. Students want to learn using the latest always-on capabilities and reduce their Higher Education costs. Universities need to build sustainable Continued/Remote Learning strategies to provide their Lectures online. The connected Consumer Electronics device market is exploding. Cisco predict up to 50 Billion devices will be connected to the internet by 2020. This combination of events and trends is providing for a new way of thinking about learning and education distribution.

The Service
The Eduflow service relies on existing technologies and business models and plans to revolutionize Higher Education by merging Hollywood & Higher Education Video Lecture Capture capabilities. Eduflow will exploit the latest growth in Video to mobile & other connected devices. Eduflow will be a global facing service with deep investment in using Video based Big Data to drive additional value and commercially significant consumer insight.

The Management
I personally have over 20 yrs experience across Digital Media, Consumer Electronics, Online Video distribution and advertising business models and technologies and more recently the online education sector.

Financial
The company is not yet generating revenue but will have access to significant multiple revenue streams once launched. I am seeking between £150,000 - £200,000 to integrate some existing technologies/capabilities, secure the required distribution agreements and prove the business model. This can be either as a loan to be paid back over time or raised via equity sale.
