This high end award winning luxury lingerie retailer and wholesaler has positioned itself in the space left by Agent Provocateur and Myla, as these brands have diluted their original exclusivity to move into the mass market. There is very little competition at the top end of the market. The principals of this business have a proven track record servicing an affluent discerning clientele.
A total investment of £750,000 (up to 6 investors) is required for second stage financing, to maintain the momentum of the brand development by expanding the distribution via concessions in first class stores in the UK and internationally.
A mix of debt and equity is possible.

Executive Summary

The past 2 years retailing has been devoted to brand building and market research prior to the launch of the business own brand offer for AW14.
Currently the company trades from its award winning flagship boutique in the Kings Road, Chelsea, and from a High Street unit in Surrey.
During 2015, it is intended to open a series of in-store concessions to wholesale its own brand, at the same time, to aggressively expand the e-commerce channel.
Following the model of Agent Provocateur, the exit strategy for the investors will be via a sale to a private equity consortium within 2/3 years, once the national distribution is established and the e-commerce channel is profitable.
