Highly successful specialist construction company needs expansion advice

Background

I own a highly successful construction company that has been featured on Channel 4 3 times and I am currently being filmed for a new documentary by BBC1 to be shown next march. My company although only 3 years old will turnover in excess of 10 million in the next 12 months. It has no debts or borrowings and made a net profit of 370k last year. It is easily capable of of succouring orders in excess of 50 million in the next 12 months but I do not have the knowledge or systems to deliver this. I am looking for somebody who has project management skills that are second to none and access to systems and recruitment so I can just concentrate on the sales and marketing.
